The meeting was called to order by Bill Ringbom, President, at 12:25 p.m., immediately prior to the beginning of the Friday afternoon game.

Bill explained that the annual meeting is required by Club By-Laws and that the main business of this meeting would be an election to fill the positions of members of the Board of Directors whose terms have expired. He named the current Board Members and their positions: Bill Ringbom, President; Judy Obermeier, Vice President; Mary Neal, Treasurer; Dolores Soll, Secretary; Gene Edgerton, Jean Wilson, and Bud Zeuschner.

Mary Neal, Treasurer, reported that the Club is "in the black" at this time with a bank balance of $3,323. At this time last September, the Club had $2, 734.

The President announced that the terms of Bill Ringbom, Judy Obermeier, Mary Neal, and Jean Wilson expire this month but that all four are willing to serve another term in the absence of further nominations. He then asked for further nominations for the Board of Director positions.

There being none, a motion was made and seconded to re-elect the four Board members by acclamation. It was so done.

Bill asked for member support for our Wednesday evening games, reporting that there were only 3 ½ tables this week.

The President asked if there were any further business. There being none, a motion to adjourn was made seconded, and approved.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:29 p.m.
