Fall Bridge Festival

At The Mazatlan Hotel Playa

Flyers will be mailed in June to everyone on our mailing list.

November 7th-14th, 2008

 (Friday to Friday)

$1020.00 per person (dbl. occ.) Ocean View Room.

Note: Prices subject to change depending on potential airline fuel surcharges and final bus charges.

Reservations will be accepted starting immediately.

 

Above Fare Includes:

Bus Transfers to and from Sun City/LAX, round trip

Air to Mazatlan, hotel shuttle and baggage handling

in Mexico. Also includes all tips for bus, bellman & maid.

7 nights at the luxurious Hotel Playa.

A welcome party Friday evening.

6 Days of Bridge.

And of course, a farewell party Thurssday evening.

 

For those traveling from outside the Southern California area, you may

arrange your own transportation to/from Mazatlan and the price quoted

above will be adjusted accordingly.

(All packages include Bridge fees, hotel maid & bellman tips and misc. fees.   Bus Driver tips included on packages A, B, C, D, E, F, & G)

 

A. $853.00 - Double Occupancy Ocean View Room, SC Bus, Airfare & Mazatlan Bus.

B. $803.95   Double Occupancy Garden Room, SC Bus, Airfare & Mazatlan Bus.

 

C & D = No Sun City/LAX Bus

 

C. $793.00   Meet us at LAX- join our flight, Mazatlan Bus, Double Occupancy Ocean View Room.

D. $743.44   Meet us at LAX- join our flight, Mazatlan Bus, Double Occupancy Garden Room.

          Option C or D might be preferable for those of you not residing in Southern CA.

Some of our clients fly to LAX on Wednesday, stay in a hotel Wed. night, then join us Thursday morning on our flight.  Our Airfare price is hard to beat.

Our flight schedule:

Alaska Airlines 210, departs LAX @ 11:50 AM, arrive Mazatlan 3:24 PM, Thursday May 8th.

Return:

Alaska Airlines 283, departs Mazatlan 4:15 PM, arrive LAX @ 6:04 PM, Thursday May 15th.

All departure & arrival times subject to change by Alaska Airlines.

 

 

H, I & J =

Arrange your own transportation To/From Mazatlan (including taxis/shuttles).

I.  $388.44   Per person Double occupancy Garden room.

Another option available with packages H, I & J is to arrive 1 or 2 or 3 days early in Mazatlan, or, stay 1 or 2 days after the Bridge week is over.  I can usually get you the Group Room rates we enjoy at the hotel.

Each extra day in Ocean View Room is: $108.88, includes 2 people & maid tips.

Each extra day in Garden Room is: $94.72, includes 2 people & maid tips.
