Minutes—2005 Annual Meeting

December 4, 2005

Directors Present: Richard Meffley, Sally Perring, John Renna, Margaret Mahaffey, Richard Betcher, Mary Lou DaCosta, Judy Nicholson, Dave Shuster, Mark Stern. In addition to Directors, several unit members attended.

The Meeting was called to order at 12:45 p.m.

Treasurer’s Report: John Renna presented the Treasurer’s Report, giving copies to all in attendance. He noted that through November 30, 2005 the Unit has a positive cash flow of $19,000. The building fund increased by $17,000, the Unit by $2,000, while the Clubhouse account broke even. The Building Fund now stands at $131,000. He noted that table count for the last year was down.

Distinguished Service Award:

The annual distinguished service award went to Bruce Smith for all that he has done for the club. Mr. Smith accepted the award with grace and humility.

Elections:

Results of the balloting for 6 positions on the Board were announced. The duly elected Directors for the 2006-2007 term are:

There being no further business, the Meeting was adjourned at 12:56 p.m.
