The Meeting was called to order at 5:35 p.m.

Secretary’s Report:  The secretary being absent, no report was given.

Treasurer’s Report:  The report, as received, upon motion of Shuster and second by Mahaffey, was unanimously approved.

Pot Holes:  Mahaffey reported the potholes have now been filled.

Bridge Library:  Shuster reported that we gave Fresno County Library over 40 books for a bridge library.  Wanda Cardella donated the books.  Flyers will be placed  in the Library about the Club.

Winter Sectional:  Stern reported that we made on profit on the Winter Sectional.  We will investigate the possibility of having a dress code at the sectionals.

Memorial Fund:  Mahaffey reported on the status of the Memorial Fund.  We may be circulating a questionnaire which will be prepared by Stern about what type of games and events are desired for all club sectionals.

New Games:  The group agreed, upon motion of Betcher, second by Renna, to start new EZBridge games at the club. 

Advertising:  Advertising costs budget for new games will be $1000, with a “refund” from the ACBL of $750 dollars, $250 per each EZ Bridge game.

Tee Shirts:  It was moved, seconded and adopted that we purchase and print tee shirts for the winners of games at the 299er Sectional.

Property:   Potential sites for relocation of the club were discussed.
